Adam Cox brings more than 20 years of experience working with high-net-worth clients, families, and business owners across tax planning, financial planning, estate and trust planning, and business advisory services. As the founder of Caerus Wealth Partners and a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Maryland, Adam understands that financial decisions don’t live in a vacuum — every investment, every distribution, every business structure choice has a tax dimension that most advisors never address. At Caerus, he does.

Adam earned his BS in Accounting from Frostburg State University and holds a Certificate in Financial Planning from Georgetown University — a combination that allows him to bring both technical precision and strategic perspective to client relationships. His background spans tax preparation, family office management, CFO service engagements, and comprehensive estate and trust planning for complex family situations.

Outside of work, Adam lives in Montgomery County, Maryland with his wife, twin daughters, and son. You’ll find him on the sidelines cheering his kids on in sports, watching the Washington Capitals, or on the golf course with his buddies.

Adam holds Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses and is registered with LPL Enterprise, LLC. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Maryland.
